Meet Mai, a Palestinian dancer and jewelry design student. She’s soft spoken, but dancing is her true form of communication. She continues to dance in a world that judges women for the way they dress, move, and do and uses movement as her message to the world.
Mai’s dancing is a revolution to free women from all prejudgments, a fight for women’s rights and freedom of speech. A brilliant but unknown author once said: “If you hit a wall, climb over it, crawl under it, or dance on top of it” and Mai is doing just that.
